The HRSA Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Technical Assistance (COE for BHTA) offers Virtual Technical Assistance (TA) to  Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC)-funded health centers and look-alike programs, and a selection of Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW) grantees funded for workforce development and training on opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders. 

Virtual TA provides responsive, tailored, short-term TA to support programs and grantees with information, resources, and brief phone or web consultation with subject matter experts (SME) to aid integration of substance use and mental health (behavioral health) services in primary care settings.
